Mountain Valley Hospice and Palliative Care provides medical care to the terminally ill patients and their families with a team approach. The team consists of the Physician, Registered Nurse, Medical Social Worker, Certified Nursing Assistant, Chaplain, Volunteers and the Grief Support Counselors.

Community members can make a referral to Hospice but only with the permission of the potential patient.
